Not only can it help you during your weightloss journey, but it can actually be good for your heart! Dark chocolate marries beautifully with almonds which are a great source of plant-based protein.

Sultanas are a convenient and easy sweet fix that you can take anywhere. They are also great to add to curries or cheese platters, and they’re an easy and nutritious addition to your kids lunch box.
