As Anita approached retirement, she knew she needed to make a change. In August 2021, she joined SuperFastDiet, losing 17.5kg and maintaining her goal weight ever since. Now, she supports new members in the community, helping them on their own journeys to better health and confidence.
17.5kg Down: My Path to a Healthier, More Confident Me
I was thinking about retirement and was concerned that if I didn’t lose the extra weight I had put on over the years, it would be harder to manage in retirement. I found SFD in late August 2021 and I have not looked back since. I have lost 17.5kgs and have maintained my goal for a few years. I would not have achieved this without the wonderful help from my coach and the coaching programs I have completed.
The Tools That Transformed My Health and Mindset
By doing these courses and using the tools they have provided, I have changed my life for the better. I have learnt to love myself for who I am and not for what I think others want me to be. Self-love is such an important part of this journey. I also have so much more confidence in myself, and I have found the courage to do things I never felt I would do. I now find it so much easier to deal with any obstacles that may come my way.
Achieving My ‘Big Why’Â
I have achieved my ‘Big Why’ of losing weight and being full of energy when I retire. By joining SFD, I am healthy in both mind and body. The best version of Me. I will be forever grateful to SDF for my new found lifestyle!
