Michelle from outback WA, tipped the scales at 147 kgs. Diagnosed with melanoma in 2020, she needed to travel by plane to see health professionals and doctors for her treatment. At size 28, the only pants that could fit her were leggings and she couldn’t fit into a normal airline seat. She had to use a special seat extender when flying – this was her rock bottom moment when she decided she had to do something to solve her weight problem.
Michelle was considering lap band surgery however she decided to try SuperFastDiet’s intermittent fasting program as one last attempt prior to surgery. Michelle and her Supercoach Emma set her goals and Michelle declared that when she got to her goal she would fly to Sydney and climb the Sydney Harbour Bridge, which she had always dreamed of doing.
And she did exactly that! As well as climbing the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Michelle was interviewed on Sunrise about her incredible SuperFastDiet journey!
Reaching the goal
Michelle has successfully shed 65 kilos and she flew to Sydney (sitting in a normal seat with ease!) to scale the Harbour Bridge with her Supercoach Emma, along with the founder of SuperFastDiet Victoria, on Saturday 12th August.
And this story of self-empowerment gets even better because 19 other amazing ladies on the SuperFastDiet program, who have also lost between 10 and 40 kilos each, were so inspired by Michelle that they flew in from all over Australia to climb with her! This was followed by a fancy celebration dinner at Darling Harbour and a walk from the Rocks to Darling Harbour on Sunday morning.
These members say it’s a thank you to Michelle for her amazing encouragement – they started as strangers online but have turned into firm friends in real life. In total, the group has lost over 400 kilos!
Would you like to join Michelle and thousands of other likeminded women and reach your weight loss goals? Then why not join the SuperFastDiet program – you’ll get the support and motivation that you need to nail part-time dieting and, as a result, shed those kilos forever!
