These women lost 131kg
SuperFastDiet TV commercial success stories Penny Adams, Victoria Black, Mary-Anne O’Connor, Gen Davidson, Angie O’Reilly, Jacqui Ardley and Rosemary Slade have collectively lost 131kg and now they are sharing their secrets. They all feature in a new television commercial for SuperFastDiet airing nationwide from this week.
Victoria Black – 10kg gone
“I used to wake up and the first thought that entered my mind was: you’re fat,” Victoria told us. “Isn’t that terrible? I would have been a large size 12, sometimes a 14. Now I’ve lost those 10kg that I just couldn’t move. And I can wear skinny jeans again. Now, I wake up in the morning and think ‘Wow, I can wear whatever I want.’ I’ve done it. I never ever have to worry about my weight again. And I can still enjoy all the foods and drinks I love… It sounds like it’s too good to be true, right? But it’s not. This is it. Nailed it.”
Mary-Anne O’Connor – 25kg gone
“I was incredibly fortunate to become a published author in my forties and have three works published with three more contracted and on the way. But sitting down all day, every day, took its toll on my weight and to my horror I discovered I’d gained 20 kilos within a few short years,” Mary-Anne told us. “It became the one thing I couldn’t control. Until now. I’ve lost 25kg on SuperFastDiet and I know I have found the answer to losing weight and keeping it off – for good!”
Gen Davidson – 30kg gone
“I found myself pushing a size 18 when I was about to hit my 50th birthday,” Gen told us. “I would catch my reflection in a shop window and not even recognise who that person was. Then I discovered intermittent fasting, and I’ve literally gone from a size 18 to a size 8, which is unbelievable. It’s so maintainable and I don’t feel deprived. I still get to eat all the foods that I love – I can drink wine, and eat a Flake, and yet I can be this size. I’ve lost 30kg and I still can’t believe how good this is – it’s amazing!”
Angie O’Reilly – 12kg gone
“I look at my before photo and I almost can’t recognise myself and initially I was a bit ashamed that I let myself get to that point but I have decided to look forward, not back,” Angie told us. “At the time, I felt unsexy, I felt like a frump. But then I discovered SuperFastDiet. I’ve lost 12kg and bought my first bikini earlier this year in Italy. I never thought I’d don a bikini after not wearing one for 21 years. I think I look pretty good and I feel amazing. Why didn’t I start this six months ago, or twelve months ago?!”
Jacqui Ardley – 35kg gone
“I’m 52, I’m a mother-of-four and I have one grandchild. Up until this year, I’ve always put myself second,” Jacqui told us. “Before I started, I was really unhappy, I didn’t feel good about myself and I felt really unhealthy. I weighed 93kg when I started and now I weigh 58. I’ve lost 35 kilos and I can’t get over how easy this is. Now, I’m a lot more outgoing, I walk a lot more, I’m stronger, fitter and so much happier. Since losing weight, I’ve decided to get braces and I’ve worn a bikini for the first time in 30 years. This is the most amazing program.”
Rosemary Slade – 13kg gone
“As an editor and writer, I spend long periods sitting down at my computer. My weight started to creep up after a few years of this sedentary lifestyle. SuperFastDiet was a part-time solution that put the control in my hands. So, I got to decide when I fast and when I feast. Because of that, I’ve lost 13kg and I never feel restricted or deprived: I still get to enjoy my glass of wine, and my Friday night cheeseburger and fries. Now that’s freedom. Best. Diet. Ever!”
