- To cancel your subscription, please email us at [email protected] Our office hours are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm Australian EST. Due to the high volume of emails we are receiving, we will endeavour to respond to you over the next 72 hours. Cancellations to subscriptions and memberships can be made up to 2 business days prior to the expiry of your current subscription or membership period, after which time SuperFastDiet cannot ensure its systems will process the cancellation in time to prevent a further payment from being taken.
Please ensure you have the following information available when you contact us to discuss cancellation:
- Your name and contact information (address, telephone number, email address).
