Ingredients
  

  • 30 g rolled oats
  • 20 g chocolate protein powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 egg
  • 15 ml milk of choice
  • 1 tsp cacao powder
  • 1/8 tsp baking powder
  • 15 g coconut yoghurt

Instructions
 

  • Blend everything aside from the coconut yoghurt in a Nutribullet until smooth.
  • Pour into a mug and microwave for 3 minutes.
  • Top with a dollop of coconut yoghurt and enjoy!
