- 140 g mandarin
- 25 g dark chocolate
- 5 g desiccated coconut
Peel the mandarin and break into segments.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave, be careful not to burn it.
Dip one end of the mandarin into the chocolate and place onto a tray lined with parchment paper.
Repeat with the remaining mandarin until the chocolate runs out.
Sprinkle with coconut and place in the fridge for 1 hour to harden.
