
Chocolate Coated Mandarin
Super easy to whip up and perfect for a light arvo snack or a healthier dessert option.
Ingredients
- 140 g mandarin
- 25 g dark chocolate
- 5 g desiccated coconut
Instructions
- Peel the mandarin and break into segments.
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave, be careful not to burn it.
- Dip one end of the mandarin into the chocolate and place onto a tray lined with parchment paper.
- Repeat with the remaining mandarin until the chocolate runs out.
- Sprinkle with coconut and place in the fridge for 1 hour to harden.
