Hello and welcome to SuperFastDiet! We're the co-founders, Gen and Vic, and we just wanted to introduce ourselves and tell you a little bit about our super amazing - and fast - diet.
We both know what it's like to gain weight and feel pretty miserable about it. We also know what it's like to try every, single method out there only to put the weight back on and feel even worse! Right?
A few years back, however, we came across intermittent fasting and decided to give it a go - together. With our background in the weight loss and fitness industries, we soon made it more that just a feast v fast concept, we build it into a lifestyle program, incorporating world expert advice with every possible tool, tip, trick and coaching/community advantage anyone could need to smash this way of life.
... and that's when the SuperFastDiet was born!
We lost over 40kgs/88lbs between us and have kept it off for good, launching our program internationally going on to help over nine thousand others lose weight forever too.

IS THIS JUST 5:2 or 16:8?
No, it is so much more! For a start, we have three different fasting methods to choose from: 2 day, 3 day and part day PLUS we have an entire program that guides you along with recipes, sample days, your own personalised dashboard and tracker and an AMAZING support community to boot. Come on in and see for yourself. There’s nothing to lose but the kilos, huh?
HOW LONG IS THE CHALLENGE?
It starts with your first 14 days but it's really as long as you want it to be. We have divided the stages into four: Super Starter (12 weeks), Super Achiever (12 weeks) and Super Graduate (12 weeks) followed by ta-da! Master Faster, which is an ongoing maintenance program to keep you feeling FAB-U-LOUS! We are super flexible though and yes, you can cancel at any time.
DO YOU CATER FOR VEGETARIANS?
Sure do! We have stacks of vegetarian options and recipes and some of our super success stories are vegetarians so yep, proof in the vego-friendly pudding right there.
IS THIS SUITABLE FOR DIABETICS?
If you have type 2 diabetes, and would like to try intermittent fasting, we would advise speaking with your physician before starting the diet. We do not recommend intermittent fasting for type 1 diabetics.
WILL A MENOPAUSAL WOMAN LOSE WEIGHT ON YOUR PROGRAM?
We have many menopausal women on our program (our median age is 50 years old) achieving amazing results. CAN A SHIFT WORKER DO INTERMITTENT FASTING?
