Hello and welcome to SuperFastDiet! We’re the co-founders, Gen and Vic, and we just wanted to introduce ourselves and tell you a little bit about our super amazing – and fast – diet.

We both know what it’s like to gain weight and feel pretty miserable about it. We also know what it’s like to try every, single method out there only to put the weight back on and feel even worse! Right?

A few years back, however, we came across intermittent fasting and decided to give it a go – together.
