Most of my life I’ve been on and off restrictive diets and exercise programs – I’m either being crazy strict and flogging myself in the gym or blobbing on the couch stuffing my face with a box of Favourites and a bottle of Baileys. Until now… we have truly found the answer! I lost a stubborn 10kg/22lbs and have effortlessly kept if off for years. Intermittent fasting was a revelation for me! When I realised, after years of struggle, that I could have weight loss success and still enjoy ice-cream, chocolate and food most days, I started to enjoy life like never before. I’ve lost 35kg/77lbs and dropped five dress sizes, and I’ve maintained my weight for years now. I’ve also lowered my cholesterol, blood pressure and solved sleep apnea. Vic and I created this program to share the message of #noguilt and enjoying life, and to teach you our secrets. I live in Sydney with my amazing hubby and gorgeous daughter who have lost 20kg/44lbs and 6kg/13lbs respectively. I love a laugh, love being social and adore our border collie puppy Sasha.

Hello Lovelies, my name is Kristen. Music is my motivator and dancing is my cardio. I love socializing with family and friends and my guilty pleasure is Reality TV ( I know, sad right? Lol). I’m married with 3 beautiful daughters now in their teens which has given me the time to focus on myself.

My name is Rosemary and I am in my early 60s. I am very blessed to live only 15 minutes walk from Surfers Paradise beach with my incredibly support husband, our gorgeous daughter and two very cute, but extremely naughty cavoodles. I enjoy all the fine things in life – good food, great wine, travelling to exotic locations and soaking up the sunshine whenever I can. After having discovered Pilates about 8 years ago to help me with major back issues, I became absolutely addicted and love my regular Pilate sessions as well as bi-weekly games of Pickle Ball.
In May 2021, when I was feeling very low in my self confidence, I came across SFD on Facebook and even though I was quite cynical about how successful this program would be, I decided to sign up. From the day I joined, I have not looked back. What an amazing difference the program, the coaches and the community has made to my life. 14 kgs gone in just 4 months and I have maintained this for close to 5 years now. Life is great and with health and wellbeing as my focus, I am fortunate to be able to pay it forward as a coach and help other like minded women.

Hi Sweetie Darlings, my name is Joan and I am 69 years young. I am originally from London (hence the Pearly Queen) but am blessed to be an Australian Citizen. I love life, my children and my 11 grandchildren. I love dancing, singing and laughing. Music is my life, especially when its accompanied with champagne or white wine. Walking really sets me up for a great day, usually followed by a good coffee at our local café. I found SFD in March 2020 and thought, why not give it a go. I have tried just about every diet you can name but have never managed to maintain the weight once reaching my goal weight. I set myself a goal of ridding my body of 10 kilos (22 pounds) which I have achieved and maintained thanks to my wonderful coach and the SFD way of life. I cannot express how grateful I am to SFD and the wonderful support that we all receive.

I’ve been exactly where you are! I joined the SFD family back in August 2023 and since then, it’s been an incredible ride:
By October 2024, I celebrated the incredible milestone of hitting my goal weight after losing 45kg. Today, that total has grown to over 50kg. The numbers are only half the story. I’ve lived through the “is this working?” late nights, the mid-journey plateaus, and the pure magic of finally feeling at home in my own skin. I can’t wait to help you write your own success story.

I have a Master’s degree in physical activity and public health and am also a qualified Les Mills RPM & Bodypump instructor, as well as a CrossFit and CrossFit Kids coach.
I am super excited to be working for SuperFastDiet as a Super Coach and look forward to helping as many people as possible. I have helped many clients with weight loss, reversing pre-diabetes and getting off medication for both blood pressure and diabetes. Now, at almost 50 (with a metabolic age of 33), I don’t just coach this, I live it. Longevity matters to me, not just for myself, but for my two girls, Lucy and Ava, who love that their mum is strong. Our Saturday parkruns together are something I’ll never take for granted.

Hello everyone, my name is Wendy and I am from the United States. I am the mother of two adult children who have flown the nest leaving me and my darling husband of 32 years feeling like newlyweds all over again! After having my kids in the 90’s, I tried for many years to shed the pounds – to the point that if you looked up “yo-yo dieter” in the dictionary, my picture would be there. And then I met Gen on a gal’s retreat in the Whitsundays and my eyes were opened to the beauty and ease of intermittent fasting. When I got back to the States and joined SuperFast, I made it my mission to tell absolutely everyone about it! Joining SFD in 2018 was one of the most pivotal times in my life – I lost 21lbs (almost 10 kg) and have never looked back. I am a breast cancer survivor and I have made it my mission to be as healthy as I can possibly be. Family, friends, cooking, socializing and our dog Beau are my passions. I am so pleased that I have been given the opportunity to share all that I have learned with others. Being a Super Coach is a blessing.

FAVE FAST DAY FOODS: Turkey on low calorie wrap with lots of veggies for lunch, corn crisps with wedge of cheese spread on it for snack, Grilled chicken on a salad filled with veggies for dinner and tons and tons of water all day long!
MINDSET MANTRA: The devil whispered in my ear, “You’re not strong enough to withstand THE STORM.” Today I whispered back, “I AM THE STORM.” I am worthy – I can do anything I set my mind to.
