Most of my life I’ve been on and off restrictive diets and exercise programs – I’m either being crazy strict and flogging myself in the gym or blobbing on the couch stuffing my face with a box of Favourites and a bottle of Baileys. Until now… we have truly found the answer! I lost a stubborn 10kg and have effortlessly kept if off for years. Intermittent fasting was a revelation for me! When I realised, after years of struggle, that I could have weight loss success and still enjoy wine, chocolate and food most days, I started to enjoy life like never before. I’ve lost 30kg and dropped five dress sizes, and I’ve maintained my weight for years now. I’ve also lowered my cholesterol, blood pressure and solved sleep apnea. Vic and I created this program to share the message of #noguilt and enjoying life, and to teach you our secrets. I live in Sydney with my amazing hubby and gorgeous daughter who have lost 20kg and 6kg respectively. I love a laugh, love being social and adore our border collie puppy Sasha.

My name is Mary-Anne and I write therefore I am! Words are delicious morsels to me and I devour them like food on a non-fast day. Speaking of which, I have lost 23kg on SFD and I am a busy mum who works full-time, with two sporty teenage sons, a very patient husband and a gorgeous dog called Saxon. I love nothing better than toasting our bushland sunset with friends, having a good laugh and grazing on cheese platters. #lovinglife.

I’ve struggled with my weight since my mid-teens. I have memories of gooey pineapple donuts from the school canteen and sayings like ‘once on the lips forever on the hips’ echoing in my ears! Despite being relatively sporty, I am a little height challenged and the hips is exactly where those pineapple donuts called home and stayed. Since being on the SFD program I have lost 10kgs, gone down two dress sizes and it’s stayed off! I can honestly say that I feel fantastic for the first time in many years and I’m loving it. I have been doing this for a year now and it truly has become a way of life.

Howdy! I’m Nicola. I love spending time with my gorgeous daughters, family, friends and my fur-baby Jack (my last name is Daniels, get it?). I’m very conscious of making healthy choices and teaching my daughters about good food too. My goal is to be healthy for my family, so I can enjoy the great things about life! I’m not a big fan of the gym, but I love to walk outdoors. For me, health is all about balance.

You might say I have always loved adventure and pushing boundaries – as evidenced by my passion for roughing it outdoors, travelling in unusual destinations, motorbikes and skateboarding, coupled with countless broken bones (my wrist is broken as I type from a recent fall when a new trick didn’t quite go to plan). However, this love for pushing limits and finding new and exciting ways to do things is exactly why I love working at SFD. The launch was intense and to see the transformations in so many members’ lives already is awesome!
