Most of my life I’ve been on and off restrictive diets and exercise programs – I’m either being crazy strict and flogging myself in the gym or blobbing on the couch stuffing my face with a box of Favourites and a bottle of Baileys. Until now… we have truly found the answer! I lost a stubborn 10kg and have effortlessly kept if off for years. Intermittent fasting was a revelation for me! When I realised, after years of struggle, that I could have weight loss success and still enjoy wine, chocolate and food most days, I started to enjoy life like never before. I’ve lost 30kg and dropped five dress sizes, and I’ve maintained my weight for years now. I’ve also lowered my cholesterol, blood pressure and solved sleep apnea. Vic and I created this program to share the message of #noguilt and enjoying life, and to teach you our secrets. I live in Sydney with my amazing hubby and gorgeous daughter who have lost 20kg and 6kg respectively. I love a laugh, love being social and adore our border collie puppy Sasha.

Speaking of which, I have lost 23kg on SFD and I am a busy mum who works full-time, with two sporty teenage sons, a very patient husband and a gorgeous dog called Saxon. And some days this is true... other days, not so much. I do know though that I am one clever and talented designer that loves doing what she does. I love the beach (increasing my freckle count), crossfitting, swimming, walking in the outdoors and generally staying fit & healthy. My aim as I grow older & wiser is to gain strength of mind as well as body!

Howdy, Angie's my name and coaching's my game (as well as socialising!). I'm a lover of Prosecco, red frogs and licorice allsorts. I've now said 'rack off' to 14kgs (which I've maintained for 9 months easily!) and now wear size 9 skinny white jeans! SFD has changed my whole outlook on life, forever, and I'm Super grateful! Without boasting (well maybe a little) I feel and look 20 years younger!

Caught with the travel-bug, wanna-be photographer and lover of almost all food pretty much sums me up. I absolutely love laughing (and trying to make people laugh), knocking a wine (or 3) back with friends and consuming gorgeous cheese boards with my friends and family of a weekend and heading for relaxing walks.
SuperFastDiet is filled with amazing people and we get to help other amazing people change their lives for the better which is so incredibly rewarding, being able to even learn along the way myself. Hi there, I'm Trish and I'm part of the super coaching team guiding clients through their SuperFast journey one calorie at a time. I've lost 43kgs on the program and I love helping others reach their goals and seeing them shine. I'm a mum to three ravenous boys, a wife to a hubby and fur-mum to our gorgeous 12yr old puppy Freckles. I enjoy starting my morning with a walk/jog, then a cup of Earl while I sit outside watching the trees sway in the wind in beautiful sunny Queensland. SuperFastDiet has completely changed my life for the better and I've made some beautiful lifelong friends within the group. Before SFD I was a tv watching, chocolate devouring, exercise hating person.
