Most of my life I’ve been on and off restrictive diets and exercise programs – I’m either being crazy strict and flogging myself in the gym or blobbing on the couch stuffing my face with a box of Favourites and a bottle of Baileys. Until now… we have truly found the answer! I lost a stubborn 10kg/22lbs and have effortlessly kept if off for years. Intermittent fasting was a revelation for me! When I realised, after years of struggle, that I could have weight loss success and still enjoy ice-cream, chocolate and food most days, I started to enjoy life like never before. I’ve lost 35kg/77lbs and dropped five dress sizes, and I’ve maintained my weight for years now. I’ve also lowered my cholesterol, blood pressure and solved sleep apnea. Vic and I created this program to share the message of #noguilt and enjoying life, and to teach you our secrets. I live in Sydney with my amazing hubby and gorgeous daughter who have lost 20kg/44lbs and 6kg/13lbs respectively. I love a laugh, love being social and adore our border collie puppy Sasha.

Howdy, Angie's my name and coaching's my game (as well as socialising!). I'm a lover of Prosecco, red frogs and licorice allsorts. I've now said 'rack off' to 14kgs (which I've maintained since 2018 easily!) and now wear size 9 skinny white jeans! SFD has changed my whole outlook on life, forever, and I'm Super grateful! Without boasting (well maybe a little) I feel and look 20 years younger!

Hello super squad legends, my name is Lana. I’m 37, a wife and the mother to 4 beautiful children, 3 boys & 1 girl (including 2yro twins). I love to get sweaty betty and do HIIT workouts daily in my lounge room and go for walks with my kids. I have now gifted 17kgs/37lbs to the universe on the part day method & couldn’t be happier. I love the flexibility of the unbreakable diet and the support of the Facebook group, we really are like one big family. Hi Sweetie Darlings, my name is Joan and I am 69 years young. I am originally from London (hence the Pearly Queen) but am blessed to be an Australian Citizen. I love life, my children and my 11 grandchildren. I love dancing, singing and laughing. Music is my life, especially when its accompanied with champagne or white wine. Walking really sets me up for a great day, usually followed by a good coffee at our local café. I found SFD in March 2020 and thought, why not give it a go. I have tried just about every diet you can name but have never managed to maintain the weight once reaching my goal weight. I set myself a goal of ridding my body of 10 kilos (22 pounds) which I have achieved and maintained thanks to my wonderful coach and the SFD way of life. I cannot express how grateful I am to SFD and the wonderful support that we all receive.

Hello lovelies, my name is Shanna. I’m 36, a wife and a WAHM (work at home mum) with 2 very busy but gorgeous boys that are the light of my life. I love to get outdoors with my family doing anything that involves being out in nature, camping, exploring, 4WDing or tearing around on a quad bike with the wind in my hair. I also love to put my music on (really loud) and will happily spend hours mowing the lawn, cleaning or organising while busting a move to my favourite songs. Since starting SFD I’ve gifted 16kgs (still going) and more importantly have rediscovered the old energetic, enthusiastic & confident self that I’d temporarily misplaced over the last few years. Hello everyone, my name is Wendy and I am from the United States. I am the mother of two adult children who have flown the nest leaving me and my darling husband of 32 years feeling like newlyweds all over again! After having my kids in the 90’s, I tried for many years to shed the pounds – to the point that if you looked up “yo-yo dieter” in the dictionary, my picture would be there. And then I met Gen on a gal’s retreat in the Whitsundays and my eyes were opened to the beauty and ease of intermittent fasting. When I got back to the States and joined SuperFast, I made it my mission to tell absolutely everyone about it! Joining SFD in 2018 was one of the most pivotal times in my life – I lost 21lbs (almost 10 kg) and have never looked back. I am a breast cancer survivor and I have made it my mission to be as healthy as I can possibly be. Family, friends, cooking, socializing and our dog Beau are my passions. I am so pleased that I have been given the opportunity to share all that I have learned with others. Being a Super Coach is a blessing.

My name is Rosemary and I am 58 years old. I live on the Gold Coast with my incredibly supportive hubby, our gorgeous daughter, and Reiko (aka Riki) our rescue beagle. I enjoy all the fine things in life – great food, fine wine and being outside in the glorious sunshine. After having discovered Pilates about 5 years ago to help me with major back issues, I am absolutely addicted and would spend hours practicing each day if I could.
In May 2021 I was flicking through ads on Facebook and discovered SFD - what a difference that day has made to my life. I signed up, joined this amazing community and through the support of a coach gifted 14kgs. Life is great, health and wellbeing are my focus which is why I want to help others and pay it forward.

Hi, my name is Lisa. Originally from the UK, now extremely blessed to call the stunning South Island of New Zealand my home.
My greatest treasures, and achievements are my children. Our fist born who is now an adult - although he will always be my 'Little Boy Blue' then later on in life we were blessed with double a bundle of joy, another beautiful boy and a little princess who brings sunshine and balance to my world everyday.
SFD has shown me that menopause doesn't have to mean, 'well, that's it now no chance I'll get back into my favourite size 10 jeans' - Yes...I'm back in them! 16.7kgs has been gratefully gifted to the universe - never to be seen again.
FAVE CHEAT MEAL: Cheese, tomato & salad cream sandwich with a side of potato chips! Take out pizza or fish fingers, chips and beans. Oh...and chocolate!
FAVE FAST DAY FOODS: Oats & blueberries, Corn Thins with hummus, smoked salmon with cream cheese scrunched up on a tuna salad, baked salmon with airfryed scalloped potatoes with a side salad. And chocolate!
