Intermittent fasting was a revelation for me! When I realised, after years of struggle, that I could have weight loss success and still enjoy ice-cream, chocolate and food most days, I started to enjoy life like never before. I’ve lost 35kg/77lbs and dropped five dress sizes, and I’ve maintained my weight for years now. I’ve also lowered my cholesterol, blood pressure and solved sleep apnea. Vic and I created this program to share the message of #noguilt and enjoying life, and to teach you our secrets. I live in Sydney with my amazing hubby and gorgeous daughter who have lost 20kg/44lbs and 6kg/13lbs respectively. I love a laugh, love being social and adore our border collie puppy Sasha.

Hey hey! Claudia here! I'm a food fanatic (you can thank my Italian mother for that) and love trying to find that balance between a decadent meal with lots of healthy elements. When it comes to a treat, I enjoy a margarita with friends, going for a beach-side stroll, or kicking back to watch an action movie or two. When I'm not at the SFD office, you'll find me trying to close those Apple watch rings, spending time with family and friends, or air frying literally anything.

Hi there, I'm Trish and I'm part of the super coaching team guiding clients through their SuperFast journey one calorie at a time. I've lost 48kgs/105lbs on the program and I love helping others reach their goals and seeing them shine. I'm a mum to three ravenous boys, and fur-mum to our gorgeous 12yr old puppy Freckles. I enjoy starting my morning with a walk/jog, then a cup of Earl while I sit outside watching the trees sway in the wind in beautiful sunny Queensland. SuperFastDiet has completely changed my life for the better and I've made some beautiful lifelong friends within the group. Hi Sweetie Darlings, my name is Joan and I am 69 years young. I am originally from London (hence the Pearly Queen) but am blessed to be an Australian Citizen. I love life, my children and my 11 grandchildren. I love dancing, singing and laughing. Music is my life, especially when its accompanied with champagne or white wine. Walking really sets me up for a great day, usually followed by a good coffee at our local café. I found SFD in March 2020 and thought, why not give it a go. I have tried just about every diet you can name but have never managed to maintain the weight once reaching my goal weight. I set myself a goal of ridding my body of 10 kilos (22 pounds) which I have achieved and maintained thanks to my wonderful coach and the SFD way of life. I cannot express how grateful I am to SFD and the wonderful support that we all receive.

After turning 60 in 2021, I realised I had lost my true self. I was struggling with my self worth and weight. Then, I saw Vic and Gen on TV. Hello lovelies! I’m Janene, a 49yo mum to 3 adult children and 3 energetic dogs. I live with my partner of 14 years in Rockhampton, Central QLD and love exploring the great outdoors either camping or fishing on our boat around the beautiful Great Keppel Islands at the southern end of the Great Barrier Reef.
I started my journey with SFD in August 2020 after seeing an ad on Facebook. I had struggled with many different weight loss programs in the past and decided to give intermittent fasting another go. My goal was to shed the excess weight before my 50th birthday and signed up straight away. It was the best decision I have ever made, gifting 14.6kgs and 76cms. I love my new lifestyle, and I am so thankful for the SFD way of life. SFD has helped me to not only achieve my weight loss goals, but it has also given me the tools to regain my confidence, self worth and self esteem. I now have a healthy mindset and have more energy than I did 30 years ago. I am excited to be helping our members to change their lives - becoming happier, healthier and to achieve their goals.

I’m Coralie, I live in Sydney - actually, the Sutherland Shire. I’ve been married for 38 years and have 3 amazing children & 3 beautiful grandchildren now too. My journey in life hasn’t also been easy, lots of surgeries on my knee, which has made my weight balloon out and hard to get back under control. Since starting SFD I do lots of walking, love doing boxing in my backyard and my husband just bought me a push bike!
I was looking at Facebook one night and SFD came up for a 28 day challenge for $1, I thought nothing to loss here expect $1 and maybe some weight. It turned out to be the best decision I’ve made for myself. The program has taught me so much including that I need to put myself first, so I can be here for my family. Mindset was a big thing for me and now that 'mean girl' just sits in the corner.
I love spending time with my OHANA, which mean family. Family time is everything. I do like to have a bourbon most weekends and that would be my guilty pleasure, also some cheese.
