“Here you are getting a lot of bang for your buck for 500 calories. No one is ever, EVER going to starve on this – you could eat this just about forever … So, with phase one, you align your 500 calorie days on non-consecutive days, for example Tuesday and Thursday … Once you get control of that you go to phase two. Phase two you align your 500 calorie days consecutively, so you might go Wednesday, Thursday.”
And how long before we see results?
