In preparation for the X-men movie Days of Future Past, Hugh was said to follow the 16:8 fasting plan, and told Mens Journal that he felt “so much better on it” and “ I haven’t put on nearly the amount of fat I normally would. And the great thing about this diet is, I sleep so much better”, during an interview.
2. Kourtney Kardashian
The Kardashian Klan are famous for they’re beautifully voluminous, and small waisted body types, but the million-dollar question has always been… how?! Well the answer is plain and simple, intermittent fasting! Kourtney Kardashian has been quite vocal about her fasting plan, where she does a 24hour fast one day a week, and doesn’t eat for 14-16 hours after dinner. Kourtney loves to “drink bone broth and water all day” in order to quench her hunger, and keeps extra busy on her fast days.

Former American football player Terry Crews has practiced intermittent fasting for years. And with a bod like that, the 16:8 plan sure looks good on him! Terry is said to eat his first meal at 2pm an then have his last at 10pm. Telling Business Insider “I can feel the difference. He told Men’s Journal that “on Monday and Thursday, I eat fewer than 500 calories a day” and that for the rest of the week he eats pretty much whatever he wants.
