Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 1/2 cup raisins or dates, finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  • Refrigerate for 15 minutes to make the mixture easier to handle.
  • Roll into 3cm balls and store in an airtight container in the fridge for 1 hour to chill.
