
Berry Protein Smoothie Bowl
Great for breakfast, post-workout recovery, or a healthy snack, this bowl is as satisfying as it is nourishing. Quick to make and bursting with antioxidants and protein, it’s the ultimate energy boost in a bowl.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (150g) frozen berries
- 1 small frozen banana
- 1/4 (60ml) coconut milk
- 1 scoop Creamy Vanilla protein powder
Instructions
- Place frozen berries and banana in a high-speed blender and blitz for about 30 seconds.
- Add the milk and protein powder, and blend on low again until the mixture reaches a soft-serve consistency. Add more milk if necessary, to reach desired consistency.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and top with favourite toppings.
