Gingerbread Energy Bites
If you love gingerbread but want a snack that actually fuels you, these Gingerbread Energy Bites are perfect! They’re packed with cozy spices, naturally sweetened with dates, and super easy to make—no baking required.
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup raisins or dates, finely chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes to make the mixture easier to handle.
- Roll into 3cm balls and store in an airtight container in the fridge for 1 hour to chill.
