Sweet Corn Thins Toppings
Nut Butter & Banana
One of the all time greatest food combos, nut butter and banana is a crowd favourite on corn thins throughout the team. Whether it is the family favourite peanut butter, or maybe almond butter, you can’t go wrong! Don’t hesitate to top it with honey or chia seeds too for extra crunch and sweetness!
The whole office is HUGE fans of the Table of Plenty Chocolate Rice Cakes. They are so delicious and so low-calorie whilst still getting to enjoy that chocolate goodness.
But what about simply making your own? Easy! Just melt your favourite chocolate, whether that be milk, dark or white and either spread onto or dip your corn thin into the melted choc! We are salivating just thinking about it. Like the photo below, you could add some nuts or seeds, and then pop them in the fridge to harden the chocolate. Voila!
Yoghurt & Strawberries
Whether you dip your corn thin in the yoghurt, spread it or dollop it on top like the picture below, the mix of strawberries and yoghurt is one that is sure to satisfy those sweet cravings whilst providing plenty of nutrition! Pop some honey on top too for some added sweetness. Yum!
Peanut Butter & Jam
A classic sandwich combination can absolutely be reenvisioned onto a corn thin! And that’s exactly what we do with the scrumptious PB & J combo! Simply spread on your peanut butter and raspberry jam and top with fresh berries too, to set those taste buds off.
Savoury Corn Thins Toppings
Avocado & Tuna or Smoked Salmon/Trout
This combination of your favourite type of fish is simple and full of all the good fats! In terms of the tuna, of course, the spring water one is great and lower calorie, but for added flavour and a pop of spice, use the Sweet Chilli Flavoured Tuna!

Pizza, pizza and MORE pizza!
You don’t have to miss out on the deliciousness that is pizza when you’re having corn thins on a fast day! A trend we have seen floating around the internet, that we have absolutely tried (and loved) in the office are Corn Thin Pizzas! Throw on whatever your heart desires, whether it be ham and pineapple or chicken and tomato – the options are endless! Simply pop them in an air fryer for 5-8 minutes on 200 degrees, or under the grill for about the same amount of time at 180 degrees. Just keep an eye on them and ENJOY!
An absolute classic Australian staple is smashed avo toast, right? So why not pop it on a corn thin?
Avo with a bit of pepper and sweet chilli is so yum… but why stop there? Add on some extra Aussie goodness by popping on vegemite, then avocado. Or make a delicious breakfast bruschetta with avocado, cherry tomatoes, with feta sprinkled on top!

Cheese and Tomato
An absolute go-to when it comes to corn thin toppings is cheese and tomato, right? Absolutely! But it doesn’t have to be as simple as just a slice of cheddar and some chopped tomato. How about changing the cheese up? Gen loves having brie as her cheese base, topped with tomato and chia seeds, shown below. Jarlsberg slices are another favourite too! Delicious!
