Ingredients
  

  • 140 g mandarin
  • 25 g dark chocolate
  • 5 g desiccated coconut

Instructions
 

  • Peel the mandarin and break into segments.
  • Melt the chocolate in the microwave, be careful not to burn it.
  • Dip one end of the mandarin into the chocolate and place onto a tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Repeat with the remaining mandarin until the chocolate runs out.
  • Sprinkle with coconut and place in the fridge for 1 hour to harden.
