
Creamy Vanilla Protein Yoghurt
It is delicious, high-protein snack or breakfast made by mixing Greek yoghurt with vanilla protein powder for a smooth, thick, and naturally sweet treat. Perfect on its own or topped with fruit, nuts, or granola!
Ingredients
- 150 g Light Greek yoghurt
- 15 g Creamy Vanilla protein powder
- 50 g blueberries
- 60 g blueberries peeled & diced
- 10 g almonds
- 5 g desiccated coconut
- 20 g blueberries to serve
Instructions
- Take a small saucepan and place over a medium heat, add the 50g blueberries and a dash of water and cook for 5 minutes until they start to break down and become a blueberry sauce, leave to cool.
- To a bowl add the yoghurt and protein powder and stir to combine, swirl through the blueberry sauce.
- Top with kiwi, almonds, blueberries and desiccated coconut.
