Kristen’s Life Before SuperFastDiet
Before SuperFastDiet came along, Kristen found herself feeling unlike her normal, bubbly self, with her self-confidence being at an all-time low.
“My life before SuperFastDiet was a mix of overindulging, too much wine, and just overall feeling uncomfortable and in my clothes.” Kristen felt she needed something to pull her out of this stage and get her confidence back!
How Kristen’s journey went
Throughout the journey, Kristen tried out all three methods to see which one suited her and her lifestyle the best. As the journey went on, she found that different methods matched with her work and home life more than others, with the part-day method being her go-to in the end.
“I first started out on the 2-day method, which I did find a little difficult. I did persevere for a couple of weeks but then tried the 3-day method which was much more manageable.” The 2-day method follows the consumption of 2 days of 500 calories and 5 days of ‘normal’ eating, whereas the 3-day method you can eat double the calories, being 1000 calories 3 days of the week, and the remaining 4 days you eat ‘normally’.
“However, I then tried the part-day method a couple of months later and I stayed with that method combining it with the 3-day method. I’ve never been a big breakfast eater (except for on the weekends). So, now part-day is my preferred method.” The part-day method is where you fast for a 16 hour period and eat within an 8 hour period, with most people opting for eating between 12 pm and 8 pm each day.
“For me, the part-day method fit into my workday so well. As I wasn’t a big breakfast eater and my days are busy, coffee to get me through was an easy transition.”
What is life like now?
Kristen lost an amazing 15kg in about 10 months. “I joined in April 2018, fully committing in May 2018. By October 2018 I had lost 10kg, 12kg by Christmas 2018, and 15kg by March 2019.” Kristen has now maintained that for over 2 years, and is now one of our amazing SuperFastDiet SuperCoaches, adding amazing support to many of our members to help them attain and smash their health and weight loss goals.
Kristen feels younger and has absolutely gotten her confidence back.
