This is such a common piece of feedback from our SuperFasters. Intermittent fasting and calorie deficit
So, that pesky body fat of ours that we really do not want? Essentially, it is our bodies store of extra energy to use when there is nothing else available to use, like carbohydrates. So when we use up more calories than we actually have available, our body goes straight to this fat and uses that for energy, hence the weight dropping off rather quickly. It’s pretty cool, right? ABSOLUTELY. We’re impressed and we think you will be too.
