What is Cauliflower Rice
Cauliflower rice is a healthy, truly believable substitute for rice. It’s just as easy, if not easier to make and is packed with way more nutrients @ and a lot less carbohydrates.
The fact that it actually tastes like rice, is a cinch to make and is so good for you has made it a fave among health-conscious cooks. It was even named a ‘Rising Star’ in the google trends 2016 food report.
After making and tasting the turnout from this scrumptious recipe, we can totally see why.
Easy Cauliflower Rice Recipe
Serves 1
INGREDIENTS
300g Cauliflower
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 clove of grated garlic
sea salt and pepper
METHOD
Grate the cauliflower into a bowl. Heat oil in a small frying pan. Add the garlic and cauliflower and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until the cauliflower is soft. Season with sea salt and pepper to taste.
