Easy Cauliflower Rice
Craving Rice? We get it... Have your rice and health too with this easy and delicious cauliflower rice recipe! A recipe for easy cauliflower rice with rice-y texture and taste is a busy low-cal ladies’ dream. We called on recipe writer, Jody Vassallo to share her recipe for this versatile carbohydrate substitute which needs to be tried and tasted to be believed!
Ingredients
- 300 grams cauliflower
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic grated
- sea salt & pepper
Instructions
- Grate the cauliflower into a bowl
- Heat oil in a small frying pan
- Add the garlic and cauliflower and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until the cauliflower is soft
- Season with sea salt and pepper to taste
